Ingersoll Rand Xe-Series compressor controls do more to enhance the productivity, effi ciency and reliability of your air compressor.
Important compressor information is easy to find, thanks to the Xe-Series controller’s intuitive, highresolution color display (available in 8.9 cm or 14.5 cm). The controller features useful timers, compressor information and LED alerts that indicate when maintenance is necessary to help optimise care of your investment. The controller also posts information that users can access on a local web page. It even sends email notifications when it detects a problem.
The Xe-Series utilises the most advanced control algorithms to provide the lowest energy consumption and best reliability in every situation.
The Xe-Series controllers provide maximum flexibility and convenience through a full range of connection choices:
- DCS - Communicates directly with your Distributed Control System (DCS) through Modbus.
- Xi System Controls - Connects seamlessly with Ingersoll Rand Xi System Controls.
- Ethernet Connection - Provides web-enabled communication and control through tablets, computers or mobile devices using a standard web browser.
- Additional Xe-Series Controllers - Sequence up to four Xe-Series controlled compressors without any additional hardware.
Direct connectivity to Xi System controllers allows you to monitor all critical system and equipment parameters so you'll be proactively alerted.
Check and adjust parameters remotely:
- Review, sort and filter over 250 events with the built-in log
- Receive email notification of alarms and trips
- Schedule equipment maintenance
- Facilitate inspections with integrated inspection log
- Web pages feature the same convenient status bar found on the controller interface.

Store Pickup:
This option allows you to collect at your nearest CAPS branch. As all products are stored in our WA warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to reach your nearest CAPS branch first. Your local branch will contact you as soon as your order arrives. If you are based in WA, orders will normally be ready to collect within 1 business day.
Returns:
CAPS are happy to accept returns & exchanges on tools, parts and accessories within 30 days of the order being placed. The item just needs to be unused, in the original packaging, and you must have proof of your purchase.
